Congress fees

Congress fee includes access to the conference sessions, congress abstracts, congress package, coffee breaks and lunch. Registration to the congress is fully confirmed only upon payment of the participant’s fee, and summaries submitted without payment are rejected.
Notifications of cancelled registration and refund requests must be submitted in writing by email konferencija@knf.vu.lt by April 15, 2018.

INFORMATION FOR PAYMENT
* NB! Before confirming your payment, please make sure you have correctly included the congress code in the payment order (KnF -2018-04-0001).
** If you need an invoice for the participant’s fee, please email martynas.radzevicius@knf.vu.lt providing information on the name of the beneficiary (or person’s name and surname), organisation’s code, address, email address and contact phone number and attach a copy of the payment order. The signed invoice will be withdrawn during the congress or will be sent by email after the event.
*** Regardless of whether the article has one or more authors, if you would like the report to be published on the conference proceedings, you shall pay the participant's fee only for the number of articles you submit. If the article has several authors and more than one author would like to attend the conference, each participant must register and pay a registration fee.
